Opening Yourself To Experience
Only choose to spend time with people who see you as sacred or worthy of respect and caring. The light inside you can vaporize all the fear. Just focus on the love. It is simultaneously within you and surrounding you infinitely. If you can get to that place, you will live a fuller, richer, happier life. Decree and decide that you are sacred by saying aloud three times, I am sacred. Sacred means special, precious, and a treasure of true beauty. It also means worthy of respect and care. By saying the words aloud, your cells hear them and respond. Saying something three times strengthens and magnifies its power. Act through a perspective of honoring your sacredness. Make each choice through that perspective. 
Push Comes To Shove
Ask yourself, I am sacred and honor and respect myself. Every living thing is a radiant expression of love. Act and speak through the perspective of seeing all others as sacred. That means do not talk behind people’s backs and treat everyone you encounter with respect and care. Ask yourself if someone you are going to spend time with treats you well. Do you feel good in their presence? Do you feel mutual respect with this person? Choose your relationships with love and care for yourself. Let yourself begin to trust your judgment because you see yourself as sacred and act from that point of view. When you are confident that you will make choices that respect and honor who you are, you can relax into emotional safety and learn to trust your judgment. Emotional safety is feeling internally secure and confident in your life. My spirit is joyful, and I love my higher self. I am my higher self. Your spirit has a unique essence. No Matter How Stuck You Feel
It is your divine spark. No soul is the same, yet we are all the same. You can learn to feel your distinctive spirit. It may be sparkling or subtle, jewellike or watery, crystalline or fresh, happy or serene. You probably meet your spirit self in your dreams. Most people’s spirits make contact in the quiet moments and the dreamtime. You can maximize those close encounters with your spirit and learn to have them consciously while awake. There is lots of value in all the ways you meet your spirit. Meeting your spirit allows you to get to know the real, blissful you because joy is your natural state. You may have lost touch with it, but getting back to it will feel like the most natural thing in the world once you are there. It’s time to meet your spirit. Lie down comfortably in a quiet space. Some Days Are Better Than Others
Cover your eyes with a light cloth to block out the play of light on your eyelids. Use your hands to lightly drum on your thighs. Ideally, it will sound like rhythmic horse hooves at a moderate gallop. Do this consistently, and do not vary the tempo too much once you get it. Drum on your body for a few minutes and really go into the drumming. Let your consciousness melt into the sound, and, at the same time, put your hands and arms on autopilot so they keep drumming with minimal attention from you. Drumming sounds change your brainwaves and bring them into a state in which you can spirit travel. Envision yourself standing up, and see a lustrous golden cord hanging down before you. Before you climb up, say aloud, I ask that this journey experience be for the highest good of all life and in accordance with universal natural law, helping all and harming none, and that I be fully protected during this process. Keep drumming and climb up the golden cord easily. Repeat in your mind, Journey to my spirit, journey to my spirit. As you climb up, you will pass through an opening or portal and arrive somewhere. A spirit will be standing there. Walk up and ask, Are you my spirit? Are you my higher self? If the answer is yes, extend your hand and meet. If the answer is no, keep looking and repeating, Journey to my spirit, journey to my spirit, like a mantra because it is your intention. When you find your spirit, you are then welcome to travel around holding hands. When you are ready to come back, go back to the exact spot where you first met your spirit. Climb back down the golden cord. Make sure you arrive back where you started, with the cord right next to your body and drumming your hands. Invite your traveling consciousness to lie right back down into your body and get settled back in just as you were before your journey. Stop drumming your hands. This will bring you out of your meditative state. Now, come back to yourself. Pat yourself down on your limbs and torso and say aloud, I am here now. I am here now. This will help you ground yourself back into your body and disconnect from the spiritual plane you were visiting. It is important to fully come back to yourself. Make sure you feel fully present in yourself before going about your day. Your true self is a boundless spiritual well being. You are spirit in body. I connect with the world of flora and experience the bliss of that connection! Everything is alive. Everything has consciousness, including plants. Opening yourself to experience it can up your bliss factor. You can really connect with the beauty of plants in a deeper and more meaningful way. You can feel the interconnection between all life even more when you open your heart to the plants all around you all the time. Some people have memories of being children and sitting and reading with their back up against a big tree. And it was, because big trees are steady and strong and their consciousness is supportive and massive. Kids can feel that security and enjoy being close to it. Others have memories of being shown around their neighbor’s rose garden, enchanted.
