Sharing My Gift With The World
Setting goals is an imperfect process even once you’ve mastered the formula. The reason is that we don’t know what we don’t know at the time we set them. Even when I’ve set amazingly clear goals, there’s nothing like 20/20 hindsight to make me realize I missed an important detail. There is a way to fix the hindsight problem. All you have to do is frequently return to your goals and update them. I recommend doing a mini check of your Action Sets every two weeks and a thorough check of all your goals every two months. Go ahead and block the time out on your calendar now. For years, my life and business were full of false starts and left me overwhelmed and frustrated because I was terrible at setting goals. One day, I decided I was going to master goals once and for all. My life literally depended on it. Now I’m humbled to be able to share with you the same goal setting framework that allowed me to pivot and thrive. I believe that no matter how stuck you feel, there is always a better way that begins with one simple and great next step.
Full Circle
I have a great next step for you! My mission is to enlighten mompreneurs to their inner power to help them achieve success. The one thing every mompreneur needs to know when she’s struggling with her confidence is that she can discover her personal power by connecting with herself. Here are 5 steps to help you do that. Beauty is a quality in a person that gives pleasure to the senses and exalts the mind and spirit. However, when women hear or think about the word beauty, it is often so charged with the wrong emotions. Unfortunately, as small girls, we are continuously measured and valued by our outer beauty. We begin to think about the word as an expression of what we look like and measure ourselves and others towards our idea of what beauty looks like. We are led to believe that we need to do things differently from what is natural to us, to be something we are not, or to add or subtract something from the way we look in order to be truly beautiful. You were born beautiful. Your beauty comes from within. When working with my clients, I guide them to think about beauty in an expansive way and teach them how beauty can be found everywhere. Think about the beauty in a smile, in a sunset, in a landscape, or in a clean and productive workspace. An Irrevocable Gesture
Beauty is indeed everywhere. When you find that spiritual connection to yourself, you will feel content, filled with love, and have a sense of complete wellness. When connected to your inner beauty, you are in such a wonderful place. This may be one of the few times that you crave nothing and are completely satisfied. Think about the last time you watched a beautiful sunset. Did you, at any time, feel the desire for it to be something different? You watched in awe and let the beauty of that sunset fill you. How about when you look inside yourself? Do you feel the same way? Do you view yourself with awe and a feeling of goodness? As a woman, there is a part of you that is wired to connect to beauty. Imagine what could happen for you when you open up to your inner power and you connect to your love of beauty. Whether you believe you are beautiful or not, whether you have been told that you are beautiful or not, is completely irrelevant. You are undeniably beautiful as there is beauty everywhere. You are beautiful inside and out. Your beauty comes from within and cannot help but shine out. There's Still Time For It
You have something to give to this world that nobody else can give. Your inner force is already fueled by this feeling and is ready for you when you are ready to open up to it. This is your source of power and society has gone to extremes to stop you from connecting to this inner source! It’s of utmost importance that you connect to your inner power because without this strong connection, it will be hard for you to be powerful and impact the people you are meant to make a difference for. You may not be able to accomplish this overnight, but you can start working toward it today. When clients first come to me, I show them through several exercises how to help them realize their inner beauty. You can try to open your heart and feel the love you have within you right now. Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down. Become very still and listen for any words that arise from deep inside of you. Say this affirmation with your silent inner voice. You can do this any time during the day or whenever you need to calm down and just find inner peace. I’m truly beautiful. I have a gift and I will show my gratitude by sharing my gift with the world. I am proud of who I am and connect with my inner source. She keeps me connected to my heart so that I stay in alignment with the work I am called to do on this planet. Reject any negative thoughts as you connect with your inner source and know that when you embrace your inner beauty you will feel whole and completely accepted. Make it a daily practice to have decluttered, immaculate, and beautiful surroundings. Make sure to clean your work space every day. Have fresh flowers and throw away garbage. Enjoy the beauty inside of you and enjoy the beauty around you. Do you ever stop to think about what being a woman really means? The fact that we can do so much for so many people is, in itself, amazing! What is most amazing, though, is that we are the only ones who can carry another life inside of us. Whether we actually give birth or not, is beyond my point right now.
