Simplify Your Inner World
Engaging your body with sound is another way you are shaking loose dense energy and making more space for the joy energy to fill you. Then choose a part of your body you would like to give an extra blissful boost of joy. Visualize a ball of golden light before you. You can do this wherever you are, even in the local juice bar. Place your attention on the area that you have selected for healing. Call forth ultimate power by saying aloud, I call forth all of the magnetic resonance particles in the universe that love joy! I am about to throw the best joy party you have ever seen. Everyone meet there in five, four, three, two, one second! Clap your hands together vigorously three times. Sing the most joyful songs, sounds, and tones. Maybe you are humming or singing a song you know, or perhaps you just want to make tonal sounds. Allow these to spontaneously bubble out of you. If that isn’t quite happening, then fake it till you make it. When you add more joy energy, I believe you raise the vibration of your cells, tissue, and body. 
Over The Wall We Go
Feel the particles inside of you begin to sway in unison, as if they are holding hands by candlelight in peaceful communion, humming for peace, honoring joy. Lie down for at least ten minutes and feel yourself in the center of a multitiered circle of the humming, swaying particles. Drift off to sleep if you can. You will feel when the party is complete. The joy and healing will remain for all time. Use this process as often as you would like, and allow the rest period after for the best results. Joy is the highest vibration in the known universe. My heart pulses with love. I am open to its healing and joyful effects. All around, in every heart, love is there. It is glowing, radiating, pulsing in the heart of each person. The essence of love is present in every cell of your body. Between A Rock And A Hard Place
You are wired to love. From the chemicals in your body that reward you for feeling certain emotions, to the proven positive health affects of feeling close to another being, warmth makes life better. People often say love makes the world go round. It keeps us moving and engaged in life. Love is the source of life. Love is universal force. Love is flowing though your cells right now. Tap in and feel bliss. Close your eyes and place your hands on the center of your chest. Breathe deeply and relax for a few minutes. Try to allow your mind to calm itself organically. Bring your attention to your hands and where they contact your clothes or skin. Still Missing Someone
Simply notice what this area feels like. Does it feel warm or cold? Do any emotions come up? Does it feel tingly or pulsing? Say the word love in your mind. Now, feel like the source of it is radiating from within your chest. It is there, inside you. It’s pulsing from your chest to your hands and back again in an endless circuit. Allow yourself to notice any movement of energy in that area. If you don’t feel anything yet, that’s okay. Sometimes it takes time to tune in to your body. Invite yourself to notice the love energy coursing through your body. It runs through every cell, every vessel, every vein. Feel it moving and pulsing through you. What does it feel like to you? What do you notice when you bring your attention to the word love while simultaneously focusing on your body? Do you feel the ocean of love energy woven through you? Let yourself feel it. Allow your consciousness to embrace and merge with the source of love, your own radiant heart. Love sparkles within the shimmering jewel that is your heart. I embrace my inner quiet and let it replenish me. People are discovering that meditation is associated with improvement in a variety of psychological areas, including stress, anxiety, and depression. There’s also research to suggest that meditation can reduce blood pressure and pain response. But how can you commit to it consistently? One way would be to do the activity below every week. It won’t take long, and you will feel the blissful benefits. Your higher self is the part of you that knows the state of joy without barrier. Here you will learn to connect with it, reaching that natural state. Your divine self is endless. It’s your witnessing self. Practice stilling your body and quieting your mind. Try to get rid of as many distractions as possible by turning off the television, putting your phone on silent, and closing the windows if there’s a lot of traffic outside. Some soft music in the background can be relaxing. Then, consciously connect with your higher self. To do this, simply state, I connect with my higher self. I am open to healing and learning and blessing. I believe in your clarity and light. Try visualizing that you are surrounded by warm, inviting light. Imagine that this light is your higher self, reaching out in order to strengthen your connection and to bring you closer to your natural state of joy. I am my higher self. A mantra is simply a word or phrase used for meditation in order to help concentrate on a desired goal. By repeating this phrase and focusing on your brow center, you are able to push aside the outside world and come closer to your inner self. When your attention wanders, just bring it back to your mantra. Let go of the extraneous. Enter into the mindset of simplicity. One thing at a time. No extraneous words, talking, or mind chatter. Just perfect, elegant simplicity. What three things can you do right now to simplify and calm your existence? Write them down and do them. Open yourself to the inner bliss of a quiet, divinely connected mind. I am made of beauty.
